White Noise It was me who snared you In Africa And I ordered you into the enterprise of the free Where I beat, raped you Sold you, I enslaved you I controlled you with delusions of Christian ecstasy We're the white boys We're the right boys Making white noise for the white boys Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa We're the white boys We're the right boys Making white noise for the white boys Neither one of us knows just exactly what we mean It was me who drove you from the Great Plains And I did it without reservations My destiny, I made so manifest And you make'm cute turquoise jewelry, baby Yeah, I'll let you know when I decide to build another high-rise Repeat Chorus It was me who dictated your traditional role And I made you in an image like I made my gods me And for all this talk about you liberation I will always subvert your education And seduce each successive generation And manipulate you now Repeat Chorus

Brain on a Pillow After the collision came a state of shock Pain like an animal; hunter in the dark Hiding in a coma ‘til the coast was clear I opened my eyes… I haven't moved from here Brain on a Pillow My body’s paralyzed I think therefore I am But I can only blink my eyes I see and I listen. I keep perfectly still I’m the most patient patient in the hospital The skill of seven surgeons saved my life I owe all of this to a Hippocratic knife Repeat Chorus Everyone’s concerned about damage to my brain Has my intelligence gone down the drain? One blink means yes, two blinks mean no People get impatient ‘cause I talk too slow

about

On July 4, 1981, AK-47 headlined a “Hot Dog Party” at The Island. We made $300 that night, by far our biggest payday ever and enough money for 6 hours of studio time.

We recorded six songs but never pressed the vinyl. AK-47 didn’t sound like the garage band we were. But time has passed, so here we go, forty years later, Singularities.
